Highly recommend! great program for the price, it has been a mixture of hitting pads, ballistic training and conditioning with some unique workouts
I may be a little biased as my husband is the personal trainer, but Tomas is amazing. He works hard on and off the clock. He will take the time and dedicate himself to work hard to develop the best plan for you and your needs. If you want to train at 5:30am, he is up at 4am preparing and making sure the gym is ready to go for you. He has a true passion for health and wellness, and continues to grow his dreams and passions in the fitness industry. If you are looking for a trainer who cares, works hard and is willing to help you meet your goals, you have found the right one!
