All the staff at this gym are phenomenal! They’re knowledgeable, professional, and treat you like family. You’re always greeted with a warm welcome every time you walk into the gym and they truly want what’s best for the kids. I love the discipline that the classes teach to the children and would definitely recommend RSMMA!
Ever since my son joined the academy, we all felt welcomed, supported and included. He’s a little shy, but here I love it how he lights up! The bjj coaches really bring the best out of the kids. Rico always listens to your needs as parents and really cares about the kids enjoying their time here while also learning. J’Nessa will always greet you with a smile. We’re moving and will miss this place a lot 🫶🏼
Absolutely amazing Muay Thai gym! The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about helping you improve no matter your skill level. The training atmosphere is intense but welcoming — everyone pushes each other to get better. The classes are well-structured, with a perfect mix of technique, conditioning, and sparring. Facilities are clean, and the community feels like a family. Highly recommend for anyone serious about learning real Muay Thai!

As someone who lives out of state, I always make it a priority to stop by RS MMA every time I’m out near Junction City, KS. The first time I stepped foot into their gym I was welcomed with open arms. One thing I admire about their academy is the wide variety of people that walk in. You’ll see families, hobbyists, and athletes from all walks of life coming in and working together providing a great community of like-minded individuals. This facility a great selection of program options, offers beginner friendly training, and has clean restrooms (a deal breaker for my wife).
