Please change to bike instructors they are not good Emma and Betsy always full and great instructors you never listen to your customers last 3 Saturdays same instructors no good

The equipment is nice and new. The person who runs it is willing to listen to what new equipment is needed. She also has been slowly adding equipment. But all the essentials are there.

The gym is brand new, very nice with lots of equipment to choose from. If you like a quite not so busy gym this is the right place! The owner is very friendly & will help you with any questions you have about any of the machines. Definitely recommend this gym it’s worth it!
