I feel comfortable and never judged, and always uplifted by others, especially coach Tara. The workouts can be modified to any skill level. Tara goes above and beyond for everyone in the gym day in and day out. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in town or the Cowley Co area!
Working out here is therapy! I am so much stronger, I’m grateful for my health, and the people here are amazing. Tara is the best coach. She is easy to get along with, pushes me and cheers me on! She loves to help people!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This isn’t a gym, it’s a family and I’ve never been so happy to find a place that welcomes all levels of ability. Tara is a wealth of knowledge and keeps the atmosphere fun and casual.
barbells, dogs and tara. what more could you ask for?!?! i love that it’s not about how much weight you can lift or how fast you run it’s about moving your body. all shapes, sizes and ages have a special place here.
