Called multiple times after reserving as slot on the Fit Defense website. I had some additional basic questions and phoned. After leaving multiple voicemails I left just one more canceling my reservation. Very disappointed ☹️

I am 80 years old. In the past three years I have had several health issues which required physical therapy. Different therapists worked with me during that time. Most were excellent and I made lots of progress but felt that would like to try a different approach. At the same time my husband was training with Tony. I knew the exercises they did with him because I observed when he practiced at home. I thought that some of same would work for me. I met with him, described my issues and have been meeting with him weekly since January. Tony is dedicated to helping us be stronger! His methods work along with your personal practice. His program will be based on your needs and there is a bonus. If you have a new muscular pain when you meet for your training he will help you with that first thing!

Tony has been an amazing coach to my 3 kids who come to him for strength training. Their ages are 11, 9, and 7. My oldest son started strength training to better himself as a wrestler. My 9 year old son comes to him for strength and speed for soccer. Then there is my sassy 7 year old daughter who comes for strength and confidence building for wrestling. He keeps the workouts age appropriate and I have seen improvement in all of them in their performance in sports. He is patient (trust me on this, my daughter is very good at seeing how far she can push her coaches), understanding and builds them up mentally and not just physically. My son says Tony is at the top of his list of favorite coaches. We highly recommend Tony.

Tony is by far the best trainer I've ever worked with! He makes sure to work with all limitations and disabilities all while making you feel comfortable the entire time. The self defense and Krav training has probably been my favorite, I love that he doesn't hold back when training different scenarios for self defense. He's an all around really nice guy and extremely well versed in his craft! 10/10 will always recommend!

Tony is an excellent trainer. I started training with him a couple of years ago. I was somewhat concerned about taking on an intensive training program given my age in the late 70s. He quickly assured me that it was the right decision as he developed a program of exercise and strength training tailored to my capabilities. He has emphasized work on my balance and endurance. Tony also has planned a daily exercise routine to improve my overall physical condition. He also has advised me on improving my nutrition and diet. His guidance has improved my quality of life!
