What an awesome gym. Was in town for a few weeks and needed a place that's not planet fitness. And this was it. All the freeweights you could ever dream about, all under one roof. Dylan, owner and coach, has experience and knowledge and really takes the time to help guide you to your goals. Stop in and check em out. You won't regret it.
I dropped in here while on a work trip and it was awesome! Coach was helpful and members were welcoming. Nice clean and new facility as well. CrossFit-like strength and conditioning programming, but not an affiliate.
