I was looking for a way to get my 12 year old son out of the house and active...and maybe join him some of the time. He LOVED his first class (and so did I); a 75 minute, 13 rounds of full-on, full-fun. We left sweaty and feeling great. I am hoping this is something he'll stick with long term. Also the staff were great. This was all new to us (me) and everything new feels akward at first. The staff were super professional and super helpful. Couldn't be more pleased!
Sara was super helpful and the coaches are amazing.
It's an amazing full body workout. All of the instructors have been wonderful. It had been a few years since I had been there and I was able to start again with no fear or issues.
Krista and George did a wonderful job of hosting our high school PE class! They accommodated us for an early Friday morning class and we were all challenged! The students learned how to wrap their hands, stance, punches, a core workout and learned that they could do harder things than they knew they could do! We will definitely be going back!
I just took a free trial class and it was fun. Amazing instruction, lively music and other equipment to use.
