Terry and his instructors are amazing with their knowledge and patience. My daughter really enjoys going to class and they can learn at their own pace and it is a low stress environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking to find a good friendly, low stress environment.

I met Terry at young age early mid 80s long ago but this man hooked me in I was the karate kid of my county danial not Johnny. But he trained me more than physical he showed me that moving a certain way could relax your opponentdescalation was his way and I am old cripple now and could not perform aggressive or defensive moves toward anyone I can and have fallen down by push of feather if you want to know who you are or can be take him as sensi his is money forever see you soon master forever your student Chris nabb

Carla, who leads the women's kickboxing class, is outstanding. She is warm, inviting, and informative and fun. I've only been to two classes so far, but this is the first time I've looked forward to exercising in a long time!!

Best schoolaround.. like family, terry will work with you him self. he is a very special teacher. won't find a better school. exercise, agility, self defense. Very friendly. Your kid or you need a place to work out that's not boring. Terry's the place to be

Wonderful place with an amazing community, When you come to terry middletons you're instantly surrounded by people with big hearts and this sense of mutual respect. Terry Middleton's is much less a gym and much more of a second home.
