Need to fix the seated cable pull machine. Cable is way to long and cannot get a good stretch on the return. The ball stop should beat the pulley with no excess cable.
My favorite gym in the area. I actually drive 25 minutes from Lexington to come to this location specifically. With membership, you get access to all 3 anyway. It’s very clean and has all the amenities I want at a reasonable price without annual fees, sign up fees, etc. There are classes too like pilates and boxing. This is really the best gym you can go to for the value you get and good atmosphere.

They talk to the member like they are dumb and cussing over the phone… no sour grapes here whatever that means . I am not a member but I know people who are and you talk down to people not professional! Plus you haven’t had a review in almost a year . So here it is For people to see your reply !
Best gym! Clean, stocked full of weights and constantly improving the experience for the members. You’ll love it in here, we’re all one big fit family! They offer boxing classes and yoga also!!!
