The environment is clean, professional, and supportive, whether you’re a beginner or experienced. You can tell the instructors genuinely care about your progress and push you to reach your best. If you’re looking for a place to learn Jiu-Jitsu, grow as a person, and be surrounded by great people, this is the place to be!

Bourbon Submission Academy is not only the sole Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Submission Grappling facility in Paris but also a gold-mine of knowledge and camaraderie. All of the instructors: Paul, Will, Will (different Will), and Justin are all incredibly kind, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. Recently moving to Paris, I was searching for a place closer to home and this hits the spot big-time for some great rounds and great people. If you’re in the area and looking for some good training, THIS is your place. Also: If you have kids, there are classes available for little ones. I whole heartedly believe BJJ is the best self-defense to carry with you through life.
