Ian and his staff are amazing! Very professional, family oriented,patient, respectful, and supportive. You really feel like family when you are here. Children’s, teen and Adult class are great! As a female I felt safe with every person I rolled with, male or female. Ian, Joseph, Mason and other coaches take their time answering question and showing you the moves even after class. After every class we huddle up and go around the circle say what we liked about the class and give credit on a job well done.
