My son's love this boxing gym. The coaches is really hands on with their teaching
It’s only been a couple months my two boys has been at this boxing gym & the skills they have obtained already with boxing, the differences in them as a whole speaks for itself, such as their confidence, the way they listen and focus. Their coach Damian is top tier. I love how he doesn’t take it light with them because they are young, he teaches them the right way from the very jump, and I notice the life lessons he teaches with how he talks and trains them. This is only the beginning. I can’t wait to see the progress with my boys in the next few years.

My name is Chad. Avondale Boxing Gym is a really good place to train. I'm about to get back started now that I am back focused. Damion and Chiko his Brother are both great Trainers. Life has handed everyone a deck of cards, some good and some bad but these guys turned life around for the better and they love Boxing. I lived in Avondale since I was 17 and I am a veteran and I have to say that these foods know what they are doing. I have trained at this gym in the beginning when it opened and both of these coaches are on point along with their Coach. In other words, I Vouch.
