100% recommend, great knowledgeable coach, great workout, great learning and training environment. I went in with zero experience and out of shape and everyone has been patient with me and have made me feel like i belong here. Super fun too! Recommend 10/10
Great place to learn muy tai and/ or to get in shape while learning from a instructor that genuinely cares about you getting better. Overall great community of people and highly recommend taking classes here.
Had my first class a couple of days ago and the coach knows his stuff. Great conditioning exercises and great drilling practices. We learned combos off of the front kick or "teep" as I learned, which is very useful and practical.
Great place to learn Muay Thai or Boxing. Logan is a great coach! I've never been to a gym that gives more attention to each individual, helping you grow and advance.
