As a long-time ClassPass user at this gym, I've always found staff interactions pleasant and had no issues repurposing reservations for different days or activities. Today was deeply disappointing. Someone assured me my Wednesday reservation could be rescheduled and repurposed for Saturday, but Jeremy, who appeared in charge and barely 18, was hostile and uncooperative. He made no effort to verify my prior conversation, abruptly interrupted me and his co-worker-who profusely apologized for the confusion-and demanded a forty-dollar drop-in fee should I want to train for the day. Jeremy's dismissive refund of my class pass credits, delivered with glee in his authority, felt like he was kicking me out the door, wasting my Saturday morning. I had considered gym membership, but this experience has me reconsidering. I suggest the gym train staff to handle customer inquiries professionally to avoid such incidents.
Love this small gym. Very convenient and close to home. Love the atmosphere and classes are amazing. Super clean and the staff are great! Shout out to Emily.. front desk gal on Sundays.. not only is Emily helpful, but she's an amazing artist! Keep up the great work 👍
Super great gym! The quality is awesome for working out and super clean. The equipment and machines are new. The staff is super nice and helpful as well. You have a variety from boxing, dancing, or even just plain working out.
I really enjoy going to the gym at Body & Soul. Their customer service is impeccable. Emily, Yvette and all the coaches are excellent! They are always there to help you with any questions or concerns. Thank you to Body & Soul for making my gym time enjoyable! Keep up the good work.
I work near by to this location so why not give it a try. I LOVED IT. Extremely knowledgeable trainers, friendly staff, lots of variety of classes to choose from. They also have a smoothie bar. They have a open gym for those who want to do there own thing. But there's a small restriction if there's too many people at the open gym, since it is a small facility they put you on a waiting list. They have several LARGE class rooms where they hold lots of different activity's. Spinning, dance, yoga, Interval training and a few others. I would definitely recommend the spinning class and actually all the classes depending on your style. All levels of physical fitness are welcomed and they welcome you with open arms. Some instructors have a tough exterior but they are extremely nice. They have showers and locker rooms for those early morning people who workout and rush to work. Towels pro Things that I didn't like.... Didn't like that you have to pay extra to do the boxing program. You would think you pay a membership to use the whole location but that's not the case. I also didn't like the limited parking but that's not completely there fault. I would return back to this location to really try the boxing gym and the convenience of being right next to my job. I would recommend this gym for those who aren't just starting out, those people who have been working out for a few months and want more of a challenge.
