Had an amazing first boxing/hit class. I had never boxed or been in this type of gym and was incredibly intimidated as a younger girl. Even though there were only men they made me feel super comfortable and safe. It made me definitely want to take another class. I did a workout circuit and some boxing basics, it left me worn out and feeling accomplished. Cannot recommend them enough!! I am not local unfortunately, and found them through my class-pass, but I will definitely be back if I’m ever in town!! Definitely give it a try if you’re interested!!
Great place! The instructors are very knowledgeable and they really make sure you get an understanding of the technique and impactful practice! I really enjoyed how at the end of class they’ll put you through a stress test to have you put in to practice what you learned!
We originally signed our son up for the little warriors class and when his big sisters watched they couldn’t wait to start. Now, all three of them look forward to class every week. They have grown in strength, confidence, and perseverance.
Such an amazing place! I took a class there a while back and all the instructors were amazing! So kind, welcoming, and encouraging! Great place to learn and grow your krav skills. 10/10 recommend!
If you're looking for a great workout that's also incredibly useful I highly recommend this place. The classes are so much fun and fly by, you'll learn practical self-defense skills that are truly invaluable. The instructors are what really make this place special. They're not just highly skilled, they're also some of the nicest, coolest people you'll meet. They create a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can learn and grow, no matter your experience.
