I mean it really has a family experience everyone's nice Justin runs the gym really well and really has good trainers and Joe and his daughters everybody gets along and it's a really good place to train he has a lot of good equipment a lot of good people so yeah we enjoy being there Dallas really loves the gym he feels safe there and he's proud to be a member

Best MMA/BOXING/JUJITSU gym In town. This is our 2nd gym for my son and didn't have the best experience at the 1st but we absolutely love this one. Extreme MMA & Fitness is such an incredible place with incredible people/coaches especially for the kids. They are so good with them and they learn so many more skills than just the physical part of it. Great adult classes as well. It's like a big family over there. I would recommend to anyone and have to many already!

If you are looking for a gym that is more than a gym THIS. IS. IT! When I signed my boys up I was expecting the usual gym experience, but we have gotten so much more than that! This is a place that my children come for not only physical but mental exercise! They are taught self discipline, respect, and healthy peer interaction. The coaches are involved and provide a safe and fun environment that keep my boys engaged.

Excellent classes for kids, teens and adults with top notch trainers - you'll never leave there disappointed!! There are plenty of gyms in the area, and then there's Extreme MMA & Fitness...
