Zack has created an awesome environment that is welcoming and encouraging and promotes good technique and a great team environment. Everyone there is trying to be better fighters and better humans, you couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere.
Great experience! I had always wanted to do something like this but was nervous coming into it! The trainer will meet you at whatever skill level you are at and motivate you to a better skill level! Great at making men into ninjas!
Zach is great with kids I always bring my son to get work with him. Some days we do boxing some days jiu jitsu none the less it’s always a great experience. Till this day my son does submission he learned from Zach… high recommend him
I've trained at gyms all over the country and have seen the best and worst, Flash MMA is definitely one of the best. The coaching is top notch, Zack is super knowledgeable and brings real world experience he's gathered from competing in MMA. The new facility is super spacious (and clean) and has everything you need from heavy and speed bags, Wrestling/Jiu Jitsu mats, a Boxing ring and full size cage. Also, a cardio and weight lifting area. The training and atmosphere is very accommodating, any experience level is welcome. Whether you just want to check it out and lose some weight, are looking for a new hobby or want to become a pro fighter, Flash MMA can help you reach your goals. Highly recommend!
The coaches are pros, patient, and super down-to-earth and the people that train here all get along and work hard to get each other right. The environment is positive and the affordable prices have allowed me to go as often as I can in a week, which is harder with other gyms. Definitely recommend!!
