I love this gym! Excellent jiu jitsu instructors and great family vibes. Very clean and a huge training mat with a sub floor. Extremely welcoming to beginners and older guys who have never done martial arts I cannot recommend this place enough
Traveled to the area to visit family, and met a whole new one! This school is great, it had all the basics you look for, cleanliness, showers, lots of mat space, but the people and gym atmosphere were well above average. Everyone I met was friendly and interested in learning from the several upper belts I saw at each class. The thing that stood out the most to me was the artwork and design, the owners put a lot into having nice touches around the standard with unique art and designs that accented the gym nicely in a subtle way to keep everything looking nice. A+ on the art/design work and an A+ on the instruction. You can't go wrong if you want to train by checking out Vida
I train at Vida when I am I town. The atmosphere is inviting, the instruction is top notch, and the other students are respectfully and supportive of one another. It is a great place to learn, challenge yourself, and become better.
