This lady is a fireball!! She has the most effective way of encouraging you to do your best and motivating you to think outside the box. The studio is clean, organized, and comfortable. You do but feel intimidated or singled out. She listens to your concerns and goals and does all she can to help you meet them. The equipment is in perfect order and fun to use. Highly recommend this business!!!

I was gifted some classes about 5 months ago, and I’ve been coming almost weekly ever since! Emily is super knowledgeable and takes the time to walk you through all the moves and teach you the technique. I always have a blast and it’s been a great stress relief!
