Just did a class with my daughter and we had a great time!! Lauren and Mike made us feel at home and I left feeling more confident than I did coming in. We’re looking forward to coming in again and I can’t wait to watch my daughter develop, watching the other girls there with their skill set was really awesome!!!

My daughter has trained with Mike for over 4 years now. In the last year she's been training with both Mike and Lauren. She was a quiet, shy child at 12 years old with low confidence and lots of anxiety. She is now 16, confident, has great friendships and better coping skills. She's grown and come out of her shell so much because these coaches make the kids feel seen, valued and genuinely loved. My daughter also has a medical condition that makes training difficult and the coaches are amazing, they learned about what signs to look for and what her body tells them so they force her to take breaks or do frequent checks with her while training. It's a great program. They treat you like family and work with you in every way. This is a class my daughter never hesitates to get up for and attend. Mike and Lauren are a dream team for coaching.

I take my daughter here for classes about three times a week, and she loves it! They are great people and everyone else I met there is friendly. I would recommend taking your kids here for training. They actually teach your kids how to move and spend one on one time with them for instruction. My daughter loves it and when my youngest is old enough she will join the class too. Again great couches and very patient! Update!!!! They also throw great children's birthday parties!!! I would recommend!!!!!!

Our daughter has been going for a few weeks and honestly we couldnt be more thrilled. She is only 4 so she's a little wild but the instructors are so patient with her and honestly are always as thrilled to see her as she is them! They learn skills and also make sure the kids have fun too!

I can’t express enough how much we love King Street Kickboxing and Muay Thai ! This place is simply the best – a solid 10 out of 10! Since my son started training here, he has undergone a remarkable transformation – mentally, emotionally, and physically. He’s become a new person, radiating happiness. The supportive environment and exceptional instructors at King Street Kickboxing have played a significant role in his growth. We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact it has had on our lives. Highly recommended!
