I recently attended an introductory class with Coach Danny and wanted to share my positive experience. In a short time, Coach Danny provided a thorough introduction and ensured I had a solid understanding of the basics; I felt that the coaching was very much personalized and geared towards a good foundation to take future classes.
So grateful I found Knuckleheadz. It’s the best place to learn boxing or even just to get a good workout in. The coaches, owner, and staff are all incredible. Great for adults and kids from beginner to pro.
Two of my sons have taken private lessons and attended the youth boxing classes. Instructors are professional boxers who obviously love what they do! High energy with excellent teaching catering to each students ability. A couple of my adult friends also train there and they love it!
Hoss is one of the best coaches I've had in all areas, period. He embodies all the traits of a leader and a mentor. I also looked to him as a friend, giving understanding and wise counsel. I miss my training sessions at knuckleheadz and would be there now if I hadn't moved away.
KnuckleHeadz is the best gym to learn boxing techniques from the pros & get an awesome workout... all while having a great time. 10/10 recommend for all ages, all levels, all types of people. Adult Boxing classes are my favorite! If you're lucky you'll get to do a round of mits with one of the badass pros that work here. Fight Club (a.k.a. open gym) is cool if you're familiar with the equipment / want to spar. Boxing is great stress relief 👊 I'm proud to be a Knucklehead!
