I was visiting Maine with some of my friends and this was the perfect place to get a quick lift in. The gym has everything you need and it is very well maintained. Very positive experience and would definitely recommend for locals as well as any visitors needing a place to work out.
Follow me on Google, I have over 2.6 million views! I can't say enough good things about this gym. There are plenty of machines, and barbells/dumbells. Everything you need to work every group and do cardio. I just moved to this small town from Atlanta a month ago, and the owner, Krystal, and Jose, the boxing instructor made me feel super welcome. The patrons are very respectful and nice as well. There is a locker room with shower, towels, lockers. There's a NICE bathroom(which is rare in gyms), and they keep everything tip top. I've lost a ton of weight here because it's just so easy to go. Thanks Peak MTN Fitness!
I just signed up this week and I really love it so far! Affordable and flexible pricing with no contract, 24hour access, everything you need to get a variety of workouts in. I was able to sign up just by texting her and got access same day! You can tell the owner cares by how clean it is, how responsive she is, and with all the little details like supplying bath + sweat towels, wet wipes, hair elastics, soap & shampoo etc. so far I haven’t seen it so busy you can’t use it and when I went early on a Sunday morning I had it all to myself! I look forward to using this gym for many months to come.
Super clean, still. Has shower in locker room with towels, restroom and 24 7 access. Used boxing bags speed and heavy a few other members. I don't pay for locker, not too worried about belongings during workout, plenty of towels and spray to clean after use, was a good time looking forward to next visit!
