Je suis adepte de Muay Thai depuis maintenant trois ans et ce gym a changé ma vie de manière positive, l'équipe est géniale, les coachs sont sur la grosse coche 👌 l'équipe de coachs exceptionnels. Et oui, parfois il faut être sérieux un peu, sinon ce ne sera pas une DISCIPLINE 🥊💪

Best traditional Muay Thai gym in Quebec. Great coaches and very passionate about the sport, and the ambiance overall is always positive. 5 stars!

The staff is extremely welcoming to begginers, all of the students I encountered were very helpful and good natured. The class structure is top notch and I will certainly be returning.
