This place is so great! My sons absolutely LOVE going to their classes. We are very thankful for Mr. Andrew, Mr. Nehemiah & everyone else at I CAN Martial Arts!
My son is beaming with delight each and every class. He states "I wish I could go EVERYDAY!" My younger daughter is about to join. Been begging to, after watching her brothers classes.
Mr. Andrew is able to make a special connection with each and every student! I have been watching him teach for about 15 years, and I have seen every student (child or adult) grow and succeed under his tutelage. Whether you want your student to learn martial arts skills, be better prepared for adulthood through character development, or both- this is the best school on the MidCoast in which to enroll! Plus- he shares his skills with others, so we you have the benefit of additional coaches who want to foster the best in everyone- Mr. Nehemiah, Marcus, Oliver, Owen, and Nathan all love to welcome and help students!
Martial Arts at the MAC is amazing! The coaches make class enjoyable for the kids to learn no matter what age. They are extremely dedicated to teaching their students the skills needed to become a real martial artist. We have greatly enjoyed our experience with I CAN Martial Arts.
My daughter was the first girl to sign up for her age group (7-10 year olds) at the end of February 2022. She has had a wonderful experience. She was welcomed with open arms by her peers and by the instructors. Both Mr. Andrew and Mr. Nehemiah have always made her feel that improving her karate skills helps her in the karate class but also teaches her life skills that help her at home and at school as well. Both instructors have also taken the time to give her special attention if she had needed it and they take the time to make her feel special and they instruct every class with enthusiasm, humor and smiles which means so much to us as the parents that are there to watch our children do well. This is something that our daughter loves and that she will continue to keep doing with the perfect support from her instructors. It is well worth the time and money spent to see her so happy!
