Rockin' Fitness seems like a great gym with all the amenities. My daughter and I came from out of state to use the batting cages and Dan from the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend this place.
I’ve worked out a few times here while traveling. It’s sad to see that year to year there really is no improvement with the sad, old gym equipment that is there. A day pass is $10. The gym is old and tired, not maintained or cleaned well. It works in a pinch, as it’s better than nothing. My mom lives here full time and was a member for the winter- super convenient location but due to the state of the gym she will drive further for a better environment and not be back. Maybe some day they will remodel or give it a good cleaning!
Elwood and the staff are great and very helpful. I am always greeted with a warm welcome. They are always looking for ways to better accommodate everyone's wants and needs. I have belonged to several gyms over the last 40 years and rate this one amoung the best.
This gym is small but has a good variety of equipment to use. My husband I joined a year ago and have been very happy going there. The equipment is perfect for what we need and the hours are great. The gym is always clean and bright with great views of Mt Whittier while walking on the treadmill. The owner and staff are helpful and very nice, especially to gym newbies like us when we joined. Their patience as they walked us through getting started was key to our continuing to go.
This gym is not like other gyms. The community is the best part. Aside from having all of the equipment I need to complete my workouts, I feel like I belong to something greater. The impact this business has on the local community is like a ripple in a pond, reaches far. The SAFE program is a great non profit for children. My daughters have participated in Coach Elwood’s boxing class and I feel confident in their ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
