My teenager just started here and he loves it! Supportive environment teaching skills that will help him get fit and defend himself in a scary situation, which brings peace of mind.
Great classes, family atmosphere, supportive students and instructors, and gym access whenever the gym is open. It feels great to be a part of Watchdog. Feels like home away from home!
Three classes in, so we're still pretty new. But after the first class we decided to sign up for the family plan. We have one in the beginner juniors class and three in the beginner adult class; both are very newbie friendly and the pace seems right for all levels. Everyone seems to know each other and it's a very supportive, fun environment. My daughters are feeling more confident, and I'm glad they're becoming more able to take care of themselves.
I attended a free trial class a few months ago and signed up for the Women’s Self-Defense course the same day. The instructors are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable—they thoroughly answer all questions and ensure that everyone gets the most out of the lessons. They’re also great at making necessary adjustments to maneuvers for people with injuries. The Women's Self-Defense course is incredibly practical. Brian and Paula focus on real-world scenarios and provide clear, step-by-step instructions on effective self-defense techniques. They empower us to trust our instincts and provide valuable tools to navigate potentially dangerous situations. I leave each class feeling more confident in my ability to protect myself.
This place is amazing! An amazing training space, super clean, had things for everyone in the family! If you want a work out it's here, if you want to learn to protect your self, it's here, if you just want to hang out with awesome people, it's here! All the instructors I met were polite, knew what they were talking about and worked so hard! Great place!!
