A delightfully friendly mix of brodawgs, old heads, brocolli headed ego lifting teenagers, and general fitness enthusiasts. Not the soft core New Years Cardio crowd, but not a bunch of gatekeeping meatheads either. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean enough to not worry about tetanus but not so clean as to feel like a hospital. Come embrace the pump and work on your mirror muscles.
We signed up at Gold’s Crofton again after a long hiatus- while the equipment, classes and many other details have changed- what hasn’t changed is the friendliness of all the staff. We are so happy to be back! Looking forward to working out and being part of the Gold’s community.
Absolutely loved this gym. I had been there once before and was impressed by the selection of machines. Now that I’m a member here I can’t wait to hit more workouts and explore new exercises!
Great old school gym vibes. Dumbbells up to 140 all the weight you could want with the vintage old school gym feel, especially in the dumbbell section which I love. Just joined 2 days ago excited to be part of the community.
This is my update for this gym, first of all I really like this Gold’s Gym because they have in the main studio Body Pump classes. And what a great instructors they have, mainly on Thursday morning they also has a core class with Virginia Flanders, this instructor is just amazing, always great classes! One thing that I think very nice and positive also is that this gym offers a section called Lady Gold’s just for women work out! The bathrooms always very clean and the staff always friendly! And the best thing about this gym is open 24 HOURS!
