Junior was an amazing instructor. He was extremely patient with the kids and kept the kids motivated the entire time; even the ones who seemed distracted by other things not associated with the class. The main reason I am bringing my grand daughter back is because Junior treated every single child as if he had known them their entire lives and had been training them just that long. The way they all responded to him was priceless in my opinion and you can’t get that just anywhere in today’s society. So I will recommend anyone to try Noel Smith Martial Arts out before going anywhere else… you will not be disappointed.
I have been training here with my family for around six years now. The environment is welcoming, and family friendly. There is a strong competition pathway, as well as a great avenue to learn jiu-jitsu, taekwondo, muay Thai, or boxing for the hobbiest. Do yourself a favor and sign up, you'll improve your physical fitness, mental health and find a great group of people to learn and grow with.
The Brazilian jiu-jitsu class was so welcoming, so professional, so attentive and with a touch of family. We joined the school, so thank you for having great instructors
Where do I even begin... Noel Smith BJJ gets 5 stars and BEYOND from me. I came to this gym looking for a fun way to lose weight and get in shape post partum. I got that and so much more that I didnt even know I was looking for and needed. I have been challenged, rewarded, lost weight, gained confidence, got so much stronger, made life long friends, and became apart of an amazing team. I highly recommend this gym to everyone. I had been to another martial arts gym in the past and it didnt have the same support and family-like bonds that you will get from Noel Smiths gym. I am so glad that I decided to walk in the doors and join this gym.
I started with Noel Smith BJJ in June of this year. My first day walking in I was welcomed by everyone, not just the instructors but also my fellow classmates. I loved the instruction so I went back again, and realized this was somewhere I could see my self attending long term, so I signed up. The instruction had a certain rhythm that was consistent even with multiple instructors. The instructors keep the class engaged while still having fun. I never feel judged and this is a place everyone can be themselves. There are many activities off the mat that makes you look forward to coming back. Noel and Stacey are awesome!
