I called on the phone and spoke to Mr. Simon. It was a pleasure to speak with him. He is very polite and intelligent and you can tell he’s for the kids and has a good concern for them. I plan to take my son and daughter to enroll them in his program ASAP and I advise everyone else to do so.

A hidden gem. Firstly, Simon and his staff are committed to DC youth. Additionally, adults are welcome to come in and learn this sport or use it as the core of a weight loss journey. This is a great small business, nonprofit organization, and gym run by a native WASHINGTONIAN. Simon is invested in not just the body, but the whole being. Every person who goes into that space leaves out better! I sure did. 💐

Stumbled in here the other day by accident. Great conversation with the proprietor. Also 1 youth was there early & I spoke with him. DC is really missing out on a great spot by this place not having a ginormous waiting list.
