Went for the gym and stayed for the people. Rocky, Bobby, and all the other workers are amazing. This place is what a gym should be.
This is the best bodybuilding/powerlifting/ boxing 🥊 gym in the area. If you wanna lift some heavy weights and shout this is the place. The staff were helpful and left a lasting positive impression while visiting on vacation. I really appreciate Bobby from the front desk who helped me with my form. The women’s locker room is clean and stocked!!
Great gym and solid boxing area, with good prices for membership! Very supportive crew and has the 'old school' gym vibe to it, which I love!
Great old school gym with professional working machines and free weights plus cardio. Morning worker is great and very helpful. Gym is clean as well. Memberships are respectful. They give short term memberships for people who are on vacation. Great gym.
Rocky’s is a great gym on the cape if you’re serious about bodybuilding/powerlifting. They might not have every piece of equipment, but they have the right equipment. Super friendly staff and good vibes. For powerlifters: there aren’t really any other gyms with squat racks and a deadlift platform other than Rocky’s in this area. They have a rogue deadlift bar you just have to look for it. Good luck
