I love sessions at Boxygen! Great gym. Great community of people.
Been coming here for over a month now and absolutely love the classes here. M-W-F are boxing days and T-TH are strength days. Love me a gym that provides a complete workout all week long. The classes will challenge you, but the coaches are unbelievably patient and there to help you every step of the way. Highly recommend!
It's a competitive gym? cause i wanna fight in tournaments but i don't know how
Great gym! One of the best workouts I've ever had. Great for beginners and more experienced people. Pretty equal mix of men and women. Highly recommended if you want to get fit.
