I was visiting family in the area and stopped by to join in on a private session with my girlfriends mother. Sean is a great teacher. He communicates well, knows how to push you hard, and is obviously masterfully experienced. I was impressed to learn he trains pro fighters, some of who I’ve seen on UFC.
