Great down and dirty gym. No commercial feel here. The coaches treat everyone like family and the relationship the athletes have with one another is apparent! You cant look anywhere without seeing inspirational words. Motivation!

This place is no joke no excuses allowed. Be prepared to work your ass off, and if you are not, this is not the place for you. Darryl and Derek are fantastic coaches. Great atmosphere, everyone is very knowledgeable
