Love this place and my kid does too' great place for exercise and too exert energy. Positive activity for the community. Staff is good with kids, it's safe as well. Highly recommend.

Beautiful gym - the owner Meradith and her husband Big J have put their heart and soul into this property. Rock steady boxing program and Ninja for kids!!! Friendly, and welcoming environment. Indoor and outdoor areas - highly specialized equipment. Staff are compassionate, empathetic, and professional.

The Ninja program and the boxing program are a win win for my son! He gets to get out of his shell, spend time with his peers trying out new things! Coach Jon is attentive, fun, loud and he makes learning fun! My son had a birthday party at ninja and his friends couldn't make it but the owner and some trainers made it worth his while and he was smiling ear to ear! He goes to ninja classes 2/week and now boxing! We are HUGE forte fitness fans!

The coaches and staff at Forte Fitness are amazing! My kids love the ninja obstacles, many of which change weekly to keep them learning and challenged. As a parent, it is a joy to see my kids’ confidence and determination increase dramatically every week. The coaches push them to try their best and praise them on their efforts. The high-fives and you-can-do-its make the kids feel great, even if they can’t quite complete the obstacles yet. Forte offers more than just a fun physical activity for kids, they offer grit, determination, confidence and perseverance skills to every ninja who steps in the door.

Meredith, Alex and Autumn are the best! They are such passionate and patient people. We celebrated our friend’s birthday party here and everyone had such a great time! 😊
