Coach Nick is amazing to train with! His knowledge and energy keeps me coming back. The gym atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming making it easy for any level of boxer to enjoy a great workout. A definite must if you are in the Area! First class is free!
Signed up my son for Coach Nick's youth boxing classes. Couldn't be happier with Sweet Science. It was nice to sign my son up for a sport without spending a lot of money to try it out. Actually they provided wraps and gloves when he started. Multiple time options for classes, affordable and flexible payment options and great communication from Coach Nick and his staff. Boxing has transformed my son. He loves the workouts and is benefiting from the discipline that is taught there. If you are considering it for yourself or your child give it a shot-you won't be disappointed!
My daughter has been attending the youth fitness boxing at Sweet Science for about 3 months. She LOVES IT! It's a great workout, and she's learning real skills. After every class she's physically tired, but mentally pumped up. Excellent instructors and really nice boxing gym as well.
