Best gym I have ever trained at. As a teenage girl, I have never felt belittled by any of the staff. Michael Knox(the man behind the logo) is one of the best, most honest and helpful coaches I have ever had. He's a mentor, trainer, and most of all a friend. He has made my experience at MK Boxing enjoyable while helping me make progress. His classes have made be better at sparring and technique, which are 2 very hard things to teach. He's always stood up for me and believed in me when I needed it the most. The people make MK Boxing make me come back every time, even though we endure some of the hardest workouts ever known to man. Thank you to the man behind the logo for making my muscles bigger :)
My son who had never boxed before wanted to try it and we went to MK. He loved it and we have been going for years now. The students work out hard and have fun while doing it. The staff there are amazing and work towards the needs and abilities of the students. They are very friendly and enthusiastic and make it a great experience with kids.
We are so fortunate to have found MK Boxing for my 13 year old nephew. We felt the small gym vibe, and the camaraderie, energy, and enthusiasm of the students and coaches as soon as we walked in the door. My nephew had no experience boxing and had no idea what he was getting into when he started. Boxing class is now the highlight of his week and he embraces the hard work. Mike and coach Travis are inspiring and make the hard work fun. It’s great to see the students encouraging each other. I can see my nephew’s confidence growing. (And there are dogs to keep me company while I wait and watch class!) Thank you Mike and MK Boxing!

From the time i walked into MK boxing 6 years ago i knew this was the right place for me. Mike the owner welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable. Having signed up to multiple gyms and never committing to even showing up twice a week, there was never any structure. I had to find something that would make me love going to gym , MK Boxing was definitely the right choice.. Mike really helped me with my conditioning esp with me having Asthma. He Pushed me enough for me to recover quick. I stopped using my inhaler after months of working out 4-5 Times a week weight kept coming off working out become fun and part of my daily life. The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The atmosphere is awesome. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. It’s a life changing gym experience . Don’t hesitate sign up for a beginners class you won’t regret it , i am in the best shape of my life i would not have achieved that if i had not joined MK boxing. I will forever be part of this gym family and I recommend it highly to all my friends and family. Thank you MIKE for always pushing me.
