I can honestly write an entire essay about how great this place is. Andy is a patriotic veteran, who is also an amazing thai fighter, and is VERY Knowledgeable This is a great place to learn self-defense, competitive Muaythai fighting, or just overall conditioning. The place is run by Andy and his family and they are some of the most genuine people other than met in my life. A five out of five stars does not even do this place justice and I couldn’t recommend enough. Accompanied by friends and family who consistently go to the gym and are some of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met.

Amazing staff that show immense passion & care for everyone that step foot through the doors of their facility. Andy & the team focus on not only preparing you for the ring, but for your battles in life. While teaching me how to box, they also got me in the best shape of my life! If you’re looking for a new fighting gym Iron Lion is the place to be!

The place is amazing, the hard work and dedication given by the teacher Andy is unmatched, I’ve been training here for over two years and I’ve never been in better shape and have even participated in multiple fights. Unmatched in my opinion
