We signed our Autistic son up for boxing fitness recently. Our son is 23 and he was treated with respect and was fully engaged from the start due to the staff bringing the excitement. They really do a great job of getting and keeping our son engaged in the session. We could not be happier with our decision to sign up our son for boxing fitness at Daniel Gracie Academy of Plymouth. We will be signing up for additional classes as our son really enjoys the activity and is learning basic boxing skills. The staff and fellow participants have opened their arms for our son to grow personally and get the fitness he so very needs.

My son has found confidence and an appreciation for healthy habits. The instructors are constructive and firm while maintaining a fully accepting environment. We have felt that we belong here from day one, and we have gotten all the support to help him grow and rise to challenges. Loco is the man!
Dropped in to a nogi class. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and got us set up right away. Mike the owner introduced himself right away. His passion for anything combat sport related was evident and his up beat energy was infectious. I was immediately pumped to be there and excited for class. All the students were very welcoming too with great rolls all around. Thank you! Will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone.
dropped in to a no gi class at this location. immediately everyone at the desk is welcoming , and lee gresh quickly came over and seemed just as excited to have people visit as i was to drop in. super knowledgeable and knows lots of other people throughout the local bjj community. the class itself was awesome with attention to details and included live rounds. facility itself was super clean - even noticed mike start cleaning the mats right after the class ended which is always a green flag. great time and a great crew with mike. definitely recommended and thanks again for having me.
This gym is the absolute best in the area. Mike Gresh (Loco Lobo) is incredibly knowledgeable and classes are fun. Janette is wonderful as well. In fact, all of the instructors are great. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone gets along. I highly recommend both BJJ and Muay Thai classes at Daniel Gracie Plymouth.
