Disappointing experience more of a playground than a boxing gym. If you are looking to actually learn how to box, look elsewhere. The trainer here doesn't teach boxing. Instead, he shouts out random punching numbers to his minions and sits on his phone for the rest of the session. There is zero individual attention, zero technique correction, and no actual boxing. It feels less like a coached class and more like paying someone to unlock the doors and collect membership fees. Save your money and find a gym where the coach actually cares about his students and less about himself.
This is by far the best boxing gym in the area. Chad is a pro fighter with a magnificent disposition. He trains each person in his group class with a high degree of personal attention. I could not recommend this place strongly enough.. just try it.
