I can't recommend this gym enough! The support from the trainers and the community is incredible, and their morning classes fit perfectly into my schedule, especially since I work overnight shifts on occasions. The knowledge and expertise of the coaching staff are top-notch, and what i've personally experience.. they really focus on helping each member improve. Plus, the sauna and cold plunge are fantastic for recovery after my long 12-hour shifts. If you're looking for a place that prioritizes both fitness and wellness, this is the gym for you!
I signed up for the unlimited yoga package in May which is a great deal! It also allows for general use of the gym. Crystal is one of the best yoga teachers I have ever had. So knowledgeable and her demeanor is very calming and comforting. The classes are all levels so don't be shy if if you've never done yoga before! She's great at offering modifications and correcting form which is so important. Highly recommend and the facility is beautiful. Amazing sauna, cold plunge and so much more! Check it out, you won't regret it!
Has to be the best gym around. The owners (Derek/Jeremy) are brothers and you will see just by talking to them that they don't do this for the money. They love the sport, and they are also very good with kids. The classes are strict enough to teach discipline and respect, but they make sure the kids have fun. My son has been doing BJJ for over a year now here and they have been awesome the entire time on both a professional level and personal. They genuinely want to see these kids succeed and it's great to watch. The coaches are also great and are all genuine people too. Can't recommend this gym enough.
Amazing place to train! I have never felt so welcomed by a gym. I’ve been coming to Evolution BJJ since November of 2022 and from the second I stepped on the mat, I knew I’d be staying. The instructors are so inclusive and even the experienced guys will take a new person to the side to show them different techniques. There are guys/girls of all skill levels and it is truly a wonderful place to learn.
Evolution bjj is a great place for the entire family. The instructors are super dedicated and are willing to help you achieve your martial arts goals. Bjj, Muay Thai, Boxing and MMA all in one place. Excellent gym. Highly recommended
