His program is impactful and effective for all levels, and his ability to deliver the instruction will certainly help guide you towards your goals. He is patient and determined to help you achieve your goals and cares about your success as much as you do. You will not find a more knowledgeable and dedicated trainer!
Lorenzo is the best coach you can work with! Whether it’s striking, grappling or MMA. I’ve worked with Lorenzo since I started training and he’s helped me level up my game so much. Even after I had ACL surgery, Lorenzo was able to help work around it to keep me sharp. He’s the best guy you can train with, whether you’re new or have experience!
Started working with Lorenzo with basically 0 experience, never threw a proper punch and never shot a takedown. Over time and with a lot of hard work I was able to develop good defensive awareness and skills, which then helped advance my offense as well. I’ve worked with a number of people but none had as big an influence as Lorenzo, helping me really focus on fundamentals and build a good all around base from the ground up in terms of striking. If you’re looking to put in hard work and have sharp hands and good technique,if you’re in the area it’s a no brainer.
