Josh is an excellent trainer. Full body workout while teaching you the fundamentals of boxing. Timing is very flexible. Highly highly recommend!!

One of the best boxing mines around! If you want to lose weight or learn how to fight check out steamin Beeman fitness... I'm down 15 pounds! He gives you a whole body workout .... I feel great! 💪

Great coaching for my daughter! She learned skills that will last her a life time! Not only physical but social and mental. Finally a Boxing Gym in R.I. Got it rite! You have to check out Steamin Beeman R.I. Boxing before you look anywhere else. This man’s work ethic is above and beyond the average trainer!
