This isn’t your average gym — it’s cardio boxing therapy with gloves on. 🥊 I’ve been coming here for two years and dropped 40 pounds, but more importantly, I gained energy, confidence, and the ability to throw a mean combo while singing along to Taylor Swift. (Yes, they actually play her songs during class — and yes, I punch harder when “Bad Blood” comes on.) Sean, my trainer and former trooper, runs class like a boot camp for your heart and lungs. Lorenzo and Frank bring the perfect mix of energy, humor, and “I might die but I’m having fun” vibes. The workouts are intense — non-stop rounds of punching, core, and cardio — but the energy in this place is unbeatable. I’ve tried other fitness programs, but nothing compares to the rush of this gym: the music’s loud, the lights are low, and everyone’s dripping sweat but smiling. If you want a workout that leaves you exhausted, exhilarated, and slightly addicted, this is the spot. It’s not just a boxing class — it’s a full-body cardio knockout. 💥

The staff here are wonderful and encouraging. I highly recommend the Sunday 10:00 am class with Maddie. She offers modifications for exercises so all bodies and abilities are able to participate. It's only 45 minutes but you will leave feeling like you had a good (but bearable) workout. You can be a pro boxer or a complete newbie; either way, you'll have fun and get a lot of exercise.

Welcoming trainers, best workout for any level of fitness. My wife and I didn’t sign up directly up after the training class. A family plan is $279 which includes unlimited sessions and an open weight area. $140 per person is pricey for our budget, but after some discussion, we agreed it was best for our health to sign up. Yes, a gym membership is $20-30, but having an encouraging instructor that pushes you to hit, duck and move changes the game. It affects your mental health much better than the gym. Also, unlike the gym, the price will incentivize me to go more often 😭🥀 But yea great ppl and great atmosphere. Edit: After a month here, I am in LOVE. Have never felt physically and mentally better after hitting the bag!

I have been a member for slightly more than a year. The quality of the coaches are high. I am impressed by how attentive they are to new members. The coaches (to the best of their capacity) would check in on the techniques of the members. Overall vibe is very positive and friendly. Highly recommend to check out the gym!
