Iron Strong Muay Thai is a great school for those of all levels from first day on the mat to experienced martial artists. Yes it's clean and well equipped but where it really stands out is owner/coach Mike he brings passion creativity and technical knowledge to every class he teaches. Not to mention the community of members who make you feel welcome from your very first day.
My daughter has been going to classes here twice a week for the past year. Since the beginning, she felt welcomed and coaches Mike and Christine have done an excellent job making her feel comfortable, while still challenging her. She has gained so much skill and confidence from the classes and has gotten so much more from the community itself. She is genuinely happy going to class and leaves with a smile every time.
Come to this gym - you will love it 😍 It’s clean, family friendly with a great head coach. All experience levels are welcome. Coach Mike’s been training clients professionally for years so he has a ton of knowledge and experience.
