I started as a member at Title Boxing a couple years ago as part of my self improvement journey. I aim for 4 hours or more of HIIT training every week to improve V02 Max and cardiovascular health. (I liked the irony of HIIT training that actually let you hit things). In that time along with some strength training and diet changes I managed to go from a size 2XL to a Small. Reducing my overall weight by 50 pounds and my biological age by 7 years. Big improvements start with small changes that you can keep doing for life. Boxing is fun and I will be doing this for a long time.

Been a long time member of Title Boxing Woburn and have been a member at 3 different Title Boxing gyms over the last 12 years. I had never boxed before in my life but absolutely love it now and can’t imagine my life without it. Most people who come in have never boxed before but Title has all different fitness levels and is very much a judgement free gym. Staff is great, other members of the gym are respectful and friendly and the facility is clean. Along with classes they have a handful of machines, weights and other equipment for use by members as well. More than enough to do some circuit training, HIIT or strength training. They also offer personal training as well as small group trainings as well.

SAVAGE workouts! All coaches are amazing, will push your limits and boost your confidence. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great workout community

Title has changed my life. I can't say enough about how amazing the classes are, Personal Training is amazing. But most of all the community. I have made some amazing friends. Love TITLE ❤️
