Great trainers, who are very welcoming and supportive to all members. Most of them are very experienced and mix their classes with routines with simple moves as well as advanced moves. They are quite good at motivating during classes and encourage to give your best. Facilities are good too. The equipments are well maintained. Restrooms and shower are always kept clean. Flexibility to choose any class from early morning to noon to evening is quite helpful and helps to catch up another class if the one I planned for gets missed for some reason. Location is good too. Not too far from anywhere in Ann Arbor.

Title boxing is a great physical workout, with fantastic instructors at the Ann Arbor location. All that and you get to work on boxing technique and footwork too. Win-win
