This a 10 star place great instructor nice welcoming supportive staff. Very clean place workout 🏋️ was amazing 🤩 I definitely signed up on my welcome bonus.
I love going to the kickboxing classes! Intense, empowering, and always leaves me feeling accomplished. Josh is a fantastic instructor, he's motivating, perfect energy, and really knows how to push you while keeping it fun. Andrew at the front desk is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes a huge difference every time I walk in. The overall vibe here is unmatched. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a workout that actually makes you sweat.
I love that it keeps me engaged. I work up a sweat and feel great after it is all over. It's a great way to exercise.
