Best gym in the area for Mui Thai, jujitsu, wrestling and more... extremely personable and friendly staff and the owner is without a doubt the finest curator of quality people and community. He has built a high quality environment for leaning, training, and making friends. Love this gym ❤️

Great classes and people. Rex trains hard - excellent grapplers and fighters to choose from. Meli is absolutely an angel; Rex is too blessed honestly 😆. One recommendation I’d leave is to have the link to their “Email Meli” button on the contact us page. I tried emailing them but the link is broken. 🙌 thanks for the awesome shorts and the training/seminar.

I go to this gym mainly for their no-gi/folkstyle wrestling classes, and they’ve massively improved my BJJ game. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, the facility’s always clean and well-equipped, and the vibe is super professional but welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you want to level up your grappling!

Training here so far has been amazing. My classmates are very friendly and the instructor Kru Rex is really great. He's a genuinely nice guy but don't let that fool you he knows his stuff. I can't wait to see what's next at this school and in my martial arts journey. I highly recommend this school to anyone interested in Thai boxing.

Kru Rex is doing an amazing job building something special for Martial Artists in West Michigan here. Great family vibe. Training Partners of all sizes. Excellent technique and cardio sessions!
