Such an amazing experience! Karen the owner was very sweet answering all my questions. The atmosphere was very welcoming, as to the work out it self it was amazzzinggg; the cardio was intense my heart was pumping and muscles aching!! I genuinly cannot stress it enough, if youre debating whether or not you should try it dont even hesitate, book that class you wont regret it! They have a great variety of class times to fit any one your schedules! The first class is free so you can see if you like the vibe!
This establishment is a scam. I told them back in November that I won’t be coming anymore. They told me to pay them another 30 days, which I found absurd because I was dealing with a concussion and I couldn’t box. Today, I get a collection notice stating I owe them $787.00. This was a month-to-month no-contract thing, and I told them back in November I paid in October and couldn’t go… so that tells you what a rip-off they are. Also: There’s no one-on-one boxing with them anyway. It’s just a workout session. You can do the same at home with a punching bag and a timer / instructor from YouTube.
My husband and I went to Canton Title Boxing to try out the 60-minute class, and we had a decent experience. As soon as we walked in, the front desk staff got us set up with waivers and class info, and helped wrap my hands . There’s a strong sense of community here. Everyone was giving us high-fives throughout the workout. The instructor brought high energy. The class included a warm-up, several rounds on the bag, some core work, and a cool-down. I burned a solid amount of calories during the session. Overall, it’s a really cool place with a positive vibe. P.s. Hand wraps are required (safety reasons). And they make you purchase them if you don't have any.

This boxing gym is my favorite. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. If you haven’t tried you need to, it’s the best workout of your life.
