Highly recommend giving it a try! I've been a part of both the kickboxing and jiu jitsu classes for the past few months and I'm really enjoying it! The Sensei is very knowledgeable and he's willing to slow things down and teach you every step. He's even stayed after class to help work on things you may have missed or you might be struggling to grasp. It's a great dojo with a great group of people to train with!
